Engineering Group Leader
HzO, Inc. is looking for a motivated, self-starter to fill the role of Engineering Group Leader on the Technical Development Team. This individual should have 5+ years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing and/or research environment. He or she should be a team player, excel at documentation and organization, and be a strong communicator. The role will include scheduling and monitoring production runs, organizing and assigning tasks, purchasing for the technical team, and developing written procedures and manuals. Expertise with Microsoft Office is required. The Engineering Group Leader will lead a team of 10-12 engineers and technicians and work with account managers and technical directors to determine priorities and ensure successful deliverables. Candidates should have a B.S. in engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical, or materials).
Compensation will be in the range of $60-70,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.

This person should be a team player, excel at documentation and organization, and be able to follow scientific procedures. Experience working with electrical devices is required, including trouble-shooting devices, analyzing components, and evaluating functionality. Expertise with Microsoft Office is required and experience working with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is a benefit. This position is open for immediate hire. HzO, Inc. is looking for a motivated, self-starter to fill the role of Research Scientist in the Research and Development team. Candidates should have a deep technical background in polymer science, organic chemistry, chemical vapor deposition, electrical device design, and/or vacuum science. He or she should be a team player, excel at documentation and organization, and be a strong communicator. An interest in business development and marketing is a plus. The role of Research Scientist will be to develop and lead research projects designed to improve existing processes at HzO and investigate next generation techniques. Additional tasks may include interfacing with the business development team, demonstrating technology at conferences and in sales meetings, guiding development and production priorities, and assisting senior management in strategic decisions. Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant field, such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering.
HzO, Inc. is looking for a motivated, self-starter to fill the role of Equipment Technician / Operator. Candidates would potentially run, maintain, and troubleshoot vacuum deposition systems for deposition of thin films and should have 5+ years working with vacuum deposition equipment, ideally in a production environment. As an equipment technician / operator, you will be in charge of daily machine runs and ensure quality and performance. You will interact with the Technical Team to schedule and implement daily machine runs. You will also be responsible for scheduled maintenance on the system and will work with Process Engineers on process reliability. A focus on quality and consistency is critical to this job. You will also interact with the development team to determine process improvement methods. Experience working with vacuum deposition equipment is required, such as CVD, PVD, or ALD. Any candidates must be team players, good communicators, and excel at organization. He or she should have an expert level of familiarity with Microsoft Office.
